How long will it take for my party decor to arrive?
We know the party can't start without the goods! Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout if you're on a tight deadline for your event.
What is your return policy for party supplies?
We want you to love your haul! We accept returns on unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like earrings or opened tableware cannot be returned.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, and select international locations. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Are your products eco-friendly?

Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
