We want your party to be perfect, but if your items aren't quite right, we offer returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that sale items and customized decor are final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. Ensure all items are securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
Get Refunded
After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
